Currently, I lead and design professional learning experiences for a wide range of educators, including dual language coaches, reading specialists, English Language Development (ELD) teachers, principals, and district leaders.

My work includes facilitating data-driven planning cycles, developing cross-linguistic transfer protocols, coaching educators, and guiding the integration of biliteracy frameworks. I also collaborate closely with central office teams to build system-wide capacity through workshops, resource development, and program evaluation efforts that center equity, language development, and culturally responsive teaching.




- Program Development
Designs and implements a cohesive multilingual literacy approach for Two-Way Immersion Dual Language Programs. Develops curriculum frameworks that integrate biliteracy research and instructional strategies, while creating and distributing instructional materials to support dual language literacy instruction. - Coaching and Teacher Development
Delivers professional learning on system initiatives, curricula, and best practices in biliteracy and differentiated instruction through in-person and online platforms. Leads workshops on dual language education, culturally relevant pedagogy, and equity, including at the WIDA Annual Conference. Facilitates observation and feedback cycles for dual language coaches and reading specialists while modeling evidence-based strategies for English and Spanish classroom teachers. - Collaboration and Support
Works closely with school administrators, reading specialists, dual language coaches, staff development teachers, and classroom teachers to support curriculum development and instructional improvement. Acts as a liaison between central office and schools, offering individualized coaching to enhance teaching and student outcomes. Engages in grade-level planning meetings to provide instructional guidance towards standard mastery, differentiation, and scaffolding for all tiers and language proficiency levels. - Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyzes student performance data to identify trends and inform instructional decisions. Prepares and presents reports on biliteracy achievement and program effectiveness to district leadership and stakeholders.
